Worbls's® KobraCast Art

This is a new addition to our popular Worbla thermoplastic range, a lightweight thermoplastic that you can sew into it, making incorporating this thermoplastic into costumes a dream.

KobraCast has a fine, stretchable and tear resistant mesh that has been impregnated with thermoplastic. This means it copes better when stretching over moulds with heavy undercuts where other thermoplastics might begin to thin out and split.

Finished forms hold shape very well and because of the mesh, forms retain some flexibility which make very useful for moving parts/costumes.

Great for mask making!

If you've ever used Varaform mesh and finished with the membrane layer this thermoplastic kind of combines the two with a much finer mesh so would definitely be worth giving it a go!

Heat with heat gun/hair dryer/hot water/steam
